Brightside Training SMS Enrollment Messages
Brightside Training uses optional text messages to help prospective students complete HHA or PCA enrollment. Messages may include a private enrollment application link and reminders about completing an open application. These are transactional enrollment messages, not marketing.
HOW CONSENT IS COLLECTED
Consent is collected verbally and in person. Before sending any enrollment text, an authorized Brightside Training staff member reads:
“Brightside Training would like to send you text messages about your enrollment application, including a private application link and reminders while your application is open. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is optional and is not a condition of enrollment. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. May we send these messages to the mobile number you provided?”
The applicant answers yes or no. Brightside Training records the response, date and time, staff member, mobile number, and consent-script version. If the applicant declines, enrollment may continue without text messages. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP or contacting Brightside Training.
MESSAGE TERMS
